Wholesale Pricing

 All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The suggested retail price (MSRP) for the I AM Journal is structured to provide approximately a 50% retail margin. Prices are subject to change with advance notice.

 Minimum Order Requirements

 Opening wholesale orders requires a minimum purchase of 12 units. Reorders require a minimum of 300 units unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

 Opening orders are prepaid. Reorders require payment at the time of shipping.

Shipping

 Opening orders ship from Maryland, USA, or qualify for complimentary local delivery where available. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and billed to the retailer unless otherwise specified. In-stock opening orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Reorders may require up to 45 business days, depending on inventory availability and production schedules.

 Returns & Damages

 Any damaged items or order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Photographs of damaged products and packaging may be required for replacement or credit.

 Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)

 Retailers may not advertise Scribble Nook products below the suggested retail price without written approval.

Authorized Sales Channels

 Products may be sold through approved retail locations or the retailer’s branded website. Unauthorized resale on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or eBay is prohibited without written authorization.

Intellectual Property

 All Scribble Nook designs, branding, and written content remain the intellectual property of Scribble Nook and may not be reproduced without written permission.
