Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return

• Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, undamaged, and defect-free condition.

• Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alteration will be considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

Inspection Period

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for product inspection. Refunds will be issued only if the item passes inspection.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.

Refunds do not apply to digital products. All digital products are final and non-refundable due to the instant access and downloadable nature of the content.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit:

• Purchases made through third-party vendors, retailers, or marketplaces.

• Clearance, sale, or discounted items, which are considered final sale.

• Digital products, including downloadable PDFs, templates, planners, journals, companion packs, guides, and other electronic content.

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all digital product sales are final. No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once a digital product has been purchased and/or downloaded.
